- Lead the Front Office Crew and create a fun, motivated, high-performing environment

- Own the daily operation of the Front Office and make things happen smoothly
- Handle guest requests, challenges, and surprises like a true host
- Collaborate with all departments to keep the Moxy energy flowing

- Train, coach, and empower the team to think differently and act boldly
- Ensure Marriott brand standards are met with style
Requirements
- A natural people person with leadership skills and positive energy
- Experienced in Front Office operations within hospitality
- Passionate about lifestyle hospitality and guest engagement
- Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Opera PMS
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Flexible, proactive, and ready to lead from the fron
