As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diverse and seasonal menus that highlight local flavors and international cuisine.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to provide a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Monitor food costs and control inventory to optimize resources and reduce waste.
- Work closely with hotel management to deliver exceptional dining experiences and resolve guest feedback.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar executive chef role, preferably within luxury resorts or hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of gastronomy and food trends.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an advantage.
