Responsibilities / Tasks
- Assess sanitation problems and related issues effectively and communicate to the Dairy Direct Sales Specialists and/or customers.
- Keeps accurate record of calls, including Wash Reports, Weekly call reports and document daily activities into CRM.
- Develop your skill set as a problem solver, milk quality specialist, consultant and hygiene professional.
- Return phone calls, texts and any correspondence to customers, co-workers and managers on a timely fashion. Phone calls and texts are to be returned by end of each working day. Emails and wash reports completed and posted within two working days unless specified.
- Understand customer’s goals for milk quality and assist them to achieve them by providing problem solving solutions.
- Manage your stock inventory and reconcile monthly. Assist with inventory audits.
- Complete necessary Service Request Approval forms, Order Forms, timecards, expense reports, and necessary agreements as directed by Supervisor.
- Assist with other necessary duties when requested.
- Communicate customer service needs pertaining to work and service important to milk quality to Supervisor and/or Co-workers.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $32-$35 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
