This role designs, develops, tests, and maintains software tools, workflows, and methodologies that enable design automation and support engineering teams involved in hardware product design, process development, and manufacturing. The position requires practical industry experience in data analytics and AI, along with a strong understanding of current and emerging AI/ML trends, and the ability to apply these technologies to real world business and engineering problems. The role may involve contributing to agentic AI development, including intelligent agents that orchestrate tasks, workflows, or system interactions. The successful candidate will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable, and AI enabled software solutions, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include: practical experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and DAX, hands on involvement in Machine Learning and AI workflows, strong knowledge of data modelling and modern analytics platforms, and exposure to web development using HTML and JavaScript, along with experience using Git, JIRA, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Splunk, and Test Driven Development (TDD). Familiarity with code quality analysis, software metrics, and maintainability practices

Work Model for this Role
