We’re looking for a Commercial Learning Content Developer to join our team and help build world-class learning solutions that empower sales, service, and customer-facing teams across Hach.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and commercial leaders to transform complex technical and business concepts into impactful, learner-focused training content. Design and develop high-quality learning content for sales, service, channel partners, and broader commercial teams, including eLearning modules, microlearning, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, videos, digital resources, job aids, and performance support tools.
Transform complex technical and commercial information into clear, engaging, and action-oriented learning experiences that drive understanding and application.
Own the full content lifecycle, including creation, updates, version control, ongoing maintenance, and retirement of learning materials.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, global environment.
Support the governance, organization, and maintenance of learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility and usability.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or commercial training/support.
Experience creating and developing multimedia learning content, including video editing, graphic design, with hands-on use of tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Camtasia.
Familiarity with commercial environments, including sales processes, CRM systems, and commercial enablement tools that support sales effectiveness.
Solid understanding of LMS platforms and digital learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI), with experience uploading, managing, and structuring learning content for global audiences.
Experience developing learning content for global audiences.
Fluent level of English

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
