You will be responsible for:
- Support all‑round HR operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR activities in collaboration with the HR team.
- Provide operational support across employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
- Execute and follow up HR operational workflows to ensure timely completion and compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements.
- Handle duties related to the company’s Import Labour Scheme applications, including documentation preparation, submission, and coordination with internal and external parties.
- Coordinate and monitor HR related programs with different timelines, ensuring proper tracking and follow‑up.
- Work closely with internal cross‑functional stakeholders to support effective HR operations and service delivery.
- Liaise with external parties, including government departments and service providers, on HR‑related matters.
- Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and support HR projects when required.
- Perform other ad hoc HR operational duties as assigned.
We expect you to have: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
- Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labour regulations.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team‑based HR environment.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability.
- Detail‑minded, well‑organised, and customer‑service oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
