As our Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting purchasing operations related to building maintenance, janitorial services, and security operations. In this role, you will help ensure facility services and supplies are coordinated efficiently while maintaining compliance with purchasing processes and company standards.
You will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, processing requisitions, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting service scheduling with Facilities teams. You will also monitor supplier acknowledgements, resolve invoice discrepancies, and assist with day-to-day supplier issues to ensure smooth operations.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate supplier information in SAP, support vendor compliance requirements, and assist with purchasing activities for facility-related projects and services. Working closely with Procurement and Category Managers, you will also contribute to supplier performance monitoring, contract support, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost savings.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
