Job Description
The Senior Data & Systems Analyst plays a critical role in turning complex business and system data into clear, actionable insights that drive enterprise decision making. This role blends systems analysis, data analytics, and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to design scalable reporting and analytics solutions used by senior stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, systems, and data requirements; translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Leverage Microsoft Fabric to support data modeling, transformation, and analytics solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Partner with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Support testing, validation, and ongoing enhancements of reporting and data solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
Proven system analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience in enterprise, regulated, or risk focused environments.
Familiarity with data governance, controls, and executive reporting.
Experience supporting analytics solutions at scale.
Able to work autonomously, and quickly learn new concepts
Proactively identifies opportunities, solves problems, and takes ownership from concept to execution.
This job does not have supervisory duties.
