Job Summary

This role handles premium collection controls and supports daily cashier duties. Candidates must have insurance company cashier experience and a good understanding of AML guidelines.

The Job

• Check and assess premium collections and conduct AML reviews, including verifying payment proof at cashier counters

• Perform quality assurance checks under the supervision of a manager

• Enter payment information and carry out daily reconciliations as needed

• Assist with premium payment matters for channels and customers, following up on outstanding requirements and responding to enquiries through various means

• Available for shift work and to serve at different customer service centre locations as needed

• Support other daily administration duties when necessary

• Work Locations: Tsim Sha Tsui, Quarry Bay​

• ​​​​Work Arrangement: Mon - Fri 0900 - 1800, Alternative Sat 0900 - 1300

The Person

• Diploma or above, with over 3 years of working experience in cashier of insurance sector

• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry

• Demonstrates strong customer focus and communication abilities

• Organized, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure

• Knowledgeable in AML regulations and practices
