Description:
The Senior Talent Management Manager will help shape and advance Amneal's talent management strategy in support of business growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong internal talent pipeline. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support key talent priorities including performance management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, competency and skill integration, and talent insights. The Senior Manager will help translate enterprise priorities into practical, scalable talent programs that support employee growth, build critical skills and competencies, and strengthen retention.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and evolve core talent management processes and programs, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, and internal mobility, ensuring alignment to business needs and enterprise priorities.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support strategic workforce planning through stronger visibility to talent, skills, readiness, bench strength, and development needs across the organization.
- Support the continued advancement and adoption of MyAmnealCareer and related talent practices by connecting career paths, internal mobility, competencies, skills, and employee development opportunities into a more integrated employee experience.
- Support enterprise change management, communications, and implementation efforts related to new or evolving talent programs, tools, and processes.
- Help define, embed, and apply competency and skill frameworks across talent processes where appropriate, strengthening consistency in development, internal movement, and long-term talent planning.
- Evaluate and improve talent management processes, tools, and systems to increase scalability, effectiveness, user adoption, and alignment with Amneal’s evolving people strategy.
- Partner across HR, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other key stakeholders, to ensure talent programs are connected and support broader enterprise goals.
- Develop and enhance talent analytics, dashboards, and insights to measure program effectiveness, identify trends and risks, and support data-driven decision-making across Talent Management.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development/Design, Org Psychology, or a related field - Required
Experience:
- 8 years or more in Talent Management, HR, Organizational Development/Design, or related areas, including ownership of enterprise or cross-functional talent programs in a pharmaceutical (or FDA-regulated) environment - Required
- 3 years or more in leading or supporting programs such as performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, internal mobility, and competency- or skills-based talent practices - Required
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate business needs into talent strategies, programs, and process improvements - Strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, program implementation, or process enhancements related to talent management, workforce planning, or talent systems - Strongly preferred
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $165,000. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
