About the Role
Fano Properties is looking for a fast-moving, results-driven SEO & Content Marketing Intern to join our team based in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a hands-on, high-output role focused on producing English-language content that ranks, converts, and drives real leads for one of Dubai's most active real estate markets. If you are slow, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Publish a minimum of 2 SEO-optimised blog posts per week no exceptions
Deliver first drafts within 24 hours of topic assignment
Complete keyword research in under 2 hours per topic using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Consol
Write high-quality English content targeting investors and buyers interested in Business Bay and Dubai real estate
Handle all on-page SEO before publishing: meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text
Optimise and repurpose existing website content to improve rankings
Support social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) aligned with the SEO strategy
Track blog traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics deliver monthly report within 48 hours of month-end
Stay on top of Dubai real estate market news to produce timely, relevant content
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate drafts without sacrificing quality
What We're Looking For
Fluent English speaker with exceptional written communication skills
Fast worker able to produce quality content under tight deadlines
Self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do
Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and content marketing
Passion for real estate, investment, and the Dubai market
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEO tools is a plus
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content production
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related degree
