Overview:
This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You will receive training and direct exposure to client management, candidate sourcing, and the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Conducting initial candidate calls and interviews
Writing and posting job advertisements
Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
Supporting senior consultants with live roles
Maintaining and updating candidate records in the CRM system
Assisting with business development research and market mapping
Requirements:
Recent graduate or final year of University (Business, HR, Marketing, Psychology, or related field preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident speaking on the phone and engaging with professionals
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Interest in recruitment, sales, or business development
