You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, brand leads, and quality specialists, supporting the full product development lifecycle from concept through to production. From day one, you will be given real work, real exposure, and the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise across furniture and home product categories.

Research, build, and maintain a CAD Material Database, drawing templates, and technical documentation.
Review and understand product assemblies, BOMs, and mechanical construction details.
Identify and flag potential risks in product construction, materials selection, and structural performance.
Support continuous improvement of engineering processes to increase development speed and efficiency.
Contribute to engineering systems, process flows, SOPs, and design guides within the product development framework.
Build working relationships with brand teams, regional furniture engineers, and testing engineers across WSGO.

What We Offer
A structured onboarding and mentorship programme to get you up to speed quickly.
Real ownership: over time, you will independently lead engineering work within specific product categories.
Exposure across brand, quality, testing, and supply chain teams in a multi-market Asian context.
The opportunity to grow within a globally recognized portfolio of home and lifestyle brands.
