Om Habibeh Foundation (OHF) is an Egyptian non-profit organization serving communities in Aswan for more than 35 years. OHF is part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), which implements development initiatives across more than 30 countries worldwide.

Position Summary
The Climate Resilience Manager will provide strategic and technical leadership for the design, integration, and implementation of climate resilience and environmental sustainability initiatives across OHF programmes in Aswan.
The role will position climate resilience as a cross-cutting priority across sectors including livelihoods, food systems, natural resource management, youth engagement, women’s empowerment, water stewardship, biodiversity conservation, and community resilience.
The position will lead efforts to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities facing climate-related risks such as water scarcity, ecosystem degradation, heat stress, and economic vulnerability through community-driven and climate-smart approaches.
The role will also support the integration of climate resilience into OHF programmes, partnerships, operations, and resource mobilization efforts while strengthening OHF’s positioning within Egypt’s climate and sustainable development landscape.
