Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audits, inspections and surveillances with segments and maintenance departments to ensure that they are performed in a smooth manner and that the objectives are met and assess compliance and implementation effectiveness of the management systems
• Compile audit report to communicate clearly the audit findings
• Provide improvement recommendations to enhance the management systems
• Monitor and evaluate effective implementation of actions arising from audits, inspection and surveillances
• Monitor and analyze the results of quality activities and report the trends and related control deficiencies for formulation of improvement actions
• Conduct audits or carry out specific tasks commissioned by management as required, which may include auditing services for subsidiary companies, joint venture companies or external organizations, quality promotion activities and HKTS crisis management support

Requirements:

• Degree in business management, engineering, science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in internal or external management system auditing
• Possession of Membership of a professional institution or registered status of relevant discipline such as Registered Safety Officer / Registered Safety Auditor is preferred
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, such as ISO 45001, and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audit experience or equivalent
• Knowledge and audit experience in other management system standards and practices, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 55001 is preferred
  Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and report writing skills
