Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Presentation Specialist to support senior leadership by creating high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. This role requires strong storytelling ability, business acumen, and advanced design skills to translate complex information into clear, impactful slides for executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and format professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and client engagements
- Translate data, ideas, and strategic messages into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
- Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather content and understand presentation objectives
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all presentations
- Create charts, graphs, infographics, and visual elements to enhance storytelling
- Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, and executive-level communication standards
- Manage multiple presentation requests under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
- Maintain and update slide libraries, templates, and design assets
- Provide recommendations on presentation structure and messaging to improve impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in presentation development, consulting, or executive support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
