The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a RETROFIT CHANGE BOARD ANALYST (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our Retrofit Change Board Team in EVERETT, WASHINGTON on 1ST Shift.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of scheduling engineering and manufacturing events using Boeing scheduling processes and tools.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in the Retrofit Change Board (RCB), which is dedicated to developing retrofit change incorporation plans for retrofitting the customers’ fleet for all BCA models in production and out of production. This includes integrating production incorporation, Warrantee decisions, Kitting definition and kit/part ordering, along with Service Bulletin (SB) and Service Bulletin validation and Fleet and Program priorities. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in how BCA integrates with Boeing Global Services (BGS) process and tools as well as Boeing Defense and Space (BDS) as applicable.

Position Responsibilities:
Works with others to integrate product/process change requirements and document changes in change incorporation plans in manufacturing and retrofit environments
Reviews and analyzes metrics to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements
Reviews technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
Monitors’ compliance with change incorporation plans and develops recovery plans as needed
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with change management or baseline management
1+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams
1+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
1+ years of experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years related work experience or/and equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience utilizing tools (IBEX and/or ACMS, Redars, ETAC)
1+ years experience in engineering design, manufacturing engineering, and/or retrofit engineering or processes`
Familiarization with (PDM or Enovia, SAP, Bobcat)
Ability to understand the big picture and inter-relationships of different positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.
Ability to create executive summaries, presentations and communicate key points with management
