[What the role is]
As a Lead Executive in the Planning & Risk Management Department, you will support the institution’s strategic direction by managing and analysing performance data, developing dashboards and reporting systems, and translating insights into recommendations that inform leadership decision-making.
[What you will be working on]
Organisational Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Data Management: Manage the collection and reporting of performance data and other strategic indicators, and contribute to improving management processes, procedures, and systems.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards and data reporting systems.
- Performance Analysis: Support the analysis of performance data to ensure whole-of-institution alignment and inform leadership decision-making across strategy, risk and operations.
Event and Secretariat Support
- Support the organising and execution of events and/or meetings under the department’s ambit, as well as take on relevant administrative functions such as finance and procurement for the department.
[What we are looking for]
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders, as well as work independently.
- Comfortable handling data and able to sense-make from a wide range of data and information.
- Able to crystallise key issues from the data and write in a structured manner.
- Prior working experience in the public sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
