

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent).
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement,
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Strategic orientation with attention to detail and execution capabilities Familiarity with Placement Management Systems, ERP software, and MS Office/Google Suite Understanding of current hiring trends, employer expectations, and skill gaps Ability to manage events, multitask, and coordinate across departments Willingness to travel and represent the institution in external forums and in Pharmaceutical Industries
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in planning and executing placement strategies in coordination with the Training & Placement Executive and Faculty In-charge. Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internships, and industry connect programs. Support delivery of training programs focused on communication, aptitude, and interview skills. Maintain student placement records, reports, and employer databases. Engage with alumni and corporate partners for mentoring and recruitment initiatives. Facilitate career guidance sessions and mock interviews for student readiness. Prepare data for institutional reporting (NAAC, NIRF, IQAC, etc.). Collaborate with faculty and departments for smooth execution of placement and training activities.
