Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in technical program management, leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Experience managing end-to-end execution for hardware or consumer electronics engineering projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with hardware/software integration, firmware, kernel, or connectivity (e.g., WiFi/BT) workstreams.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring system health and Power/Performance (PnP) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficient knowledge of OS foundations, Android ecosystem, or large-scale software release programs.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex, ambiguous challenges and balance immediate project requirements with long-term organizational goals.
- Ability to build alliances across global teams and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the execution of complex, large-scale software and technical programs. Lead data-driven launch readiness processes for next-generation laptops and tablets.
- Establish quantifiable metrics for quality and system health to lead formal milestone reviews and drive Go/No-Go release decisions.
- Orchestrate technical requirements and governance across internal teams, external vendors, and global partners to ensure seamless program alignment.
- Identify execution gaps in technical workflows and implement strategies to remove bottlenecks and increase launch speed.
- Navigate complex technical blockers and maintain executive alignment on program pivots, risks, and mitigation plans.
