WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Legal Counsel (qualified: attorney-at-law or advocate) to provide legal support for our Property and Assert Management teams. The role involves advising the business on day-to-day legal matters as well as supporting key real estate and investment projects.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial lease agreements and related documentation (including amendments, renewals, terminations, assignments, and subleases);
- Providing ongoing legal support to the Property Management team in connection with the day-to-day management of the property portfolio;
- Negotiating and reviewing standard agreements related to property management activities, including agreements with utility providers, service providers, suppliers, maintenance companies, and other external contractors;
- Supporting cooperation with utility operators, local authorities, public institutions, and municipal services;
- Advising internal business teams on legal risks and proposing practical solutions aligned with business needs;
- Coordinating external legal advisors where required;
- Ensuring compliance of contractual documentation and operational activities with applicable laws and internal procedures;
- Supporting dispute resolution and handling claims related to leasing and property management matters
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Qualifications as an attorney - at - law (radca prawny)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law, commercial leasing, or development-related legal matters (law firm or in-house).
- Mandatory requirement: documented experience in the areas mentioned in the Key Responsibilities (office or retail or warehouse or logistic markets).
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and civil law, with focus on real estate and construction contracts.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business teams.
- Ability to work with LegalTech (AI) tools will be an additional advantage.
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
