We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale the BEL Promo Sales organization, including the Strategic Sales Team, Senior Account Executives, and the Outbound Sales team. This leader will be accountable for revenue growth, KPI attainment, and sales process optimization while building a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
The Sales Director will partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure seamless execution from lead generation through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, a data-driven approach, and a proven ability to coach, develop, and elevate sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree, highly preferred.
