Job Summary:
The Leaders Alliance Marketing Specialist is responsible for contributing to the success of the Travel Leaders Network Leaders Alliance communities where travel advisors network, knowledge share and collaborate with like-minded advisors. The Marketing Specialist will oversee the execution and ongoing optimization of key B2B marketing activities related to these communities as well as act as the liaison between Travel Leaders team members and our outstanding travel advisors.
The Marketing Specialist includes the following areas of responsibility:
1. Support the creation, launch and ongoing B2B marketing needs for the Leaders Alliance2. Champion the Communities by supporting the Facebook groups where members engage with fellow advisors 3. Manage communications to internal teams and Leaders Alliance members4. Oversee program enrollment and related enrollment processes5. Additional branding work supporting Travel Leaders Network as well as our Travel Leaders AssociatesThe Marketing Specialist works with team members and key program stakeholders as well as cross functionally with aligned departments to deliver on strategic and tactical program initiatives. Profitability, performance and execution goals tied to these tactics are met by working seamlessly and collaboratively with Marketing Operations, Account Management, Industry Relations, Technology, Sales and Creative groups. Although the Marketing Specialist will mainly focus on the Leaders Alliance, they may also assist with supporting other key Marketing programs, including brand or other Marketing efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist will be involved in the execution of marketing activities and strategies to establish and maintain strong and vibrant travel advisor communities, including:
• Assist with creation and execution of all Marketing activities with Account Management, Industry Relations and Creative teams, including newsletters, B2B emails, events, webinars and more • Work with the Sales Team to coordinate program membership as well as manage the technology processes related to program enrollment • Support the Marketing team by assisting with communication activities targeted to our Leaders Alliance members • Manage the Facebook groups, including updating content and assisting members with access to the groups • You should be a ‘people person’ with the ability to successfully work with internal teams as well as our travel advisors as well as have great attention to detail Branding Projects • Contribute ideas to, and participate in project management of, ongoing TLN branding projects – internal and external facing, including for our flagship Travel Leaders Associate brand • Assist with conceptualizing and ordering branded gear for team members and our advisors and partners as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration or related field. • 2+ years marketing experience; proven work experience in a Community setting is a plus • Travel industry or destination relationship experience a plus • Well-developed in the areas of planning, organizing and prioritizing; proven experience with marketing operation processes • Excellent people and communication skills; must be kind and gracious with team members and like to have fun • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet software, marketing platforms and CRMs; familiarity with Salesforce a plus

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
