JOB OVERVIEW:
Lieberman Travel is a luxury travel agency dedicated to creating extraordinary travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals, touring entertainers, and corporate clients. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive personal assistant to support our lead travel managers in delivering unparalleled service.
As a Personal Assistant to an Entertainment and Corporate Travel Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting the travel planning process and managing the daily work load. At first, we are not looking for a client facing assistant, but someone who could assist with overseeing an inbox of specific travel requests ranging from quoting flights and hotels for music tours to quoting and ticketing corporate travel for domestic and international routings. We also require handling various administrative tasks such as invoicing, credit card prepayments, VIP bookings with hotel sales representatives, commission tracking, Sabre profile building, and creating final itineraries for leisure travel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the lead travel agent in managing booking quotes, ticketing, and changes.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and sending final itineraries.
- Knowledge of Sabre program for booking travel, building profiles, and ideally ticket exchanges/MCOs would be very helpful!
- Work through a shared email and monitor the lead agent’s inbox to proactively respond when urgent action is needed.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Be available to respond to urgent requests and support the travel agent outside of traditional working hours when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sabre knowledge is key to being an asset to our team!
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role would be valuable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to put provide quotes in a timely manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. We will provide compensation for after-hours assistance.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, NDA will be mandatory as we work with high profile clientele.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
