As Test Engineer, report to Testing Team Leader, you will be responsible for verification testing of product design, R&D technical specification, functional performance and reliability verification, editing reports and data analysis, and proposing reasonable reference suggestions.
About the Job
Responsible for analyzing customer requirements, specifications, and/or product testing standards, developing new product testing plans, and estimating the duration of the testing plan. (30%)
Responsible for testing setup and layout, conducting electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing setup according to the testing plan, including circuit layout and equipment debugging. Or entrust external suppliers to assist in completing test tasks. (20%)
Analyze test data and test failure, and write test reports. (20%)
Participate in cross functional team meetings for designated projects, propose solutions to relevant testing topics to address issues in project activities. (10%)
Guide technicians to carry out daily testing work. Continuously improving the laboratory(10%)
About You
Education: Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
Experience: More than 3 years of experience
Familiar with automotive electronic testing standards, electrical switch safety standards, with experience in research and development testing, reliability testing
Experience with third-party laboratory work preferred
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills
Good English proficiency, skilled in communication and cooperation
