Responsible for IE daily job, including layout / CT / routing / capacity baseline setup etc.
Responsible for standard capacity monitor and continuous improvement.
Metrics & E‑Kanban & system maintain & continuous improvement for Industry 4.0 direction.
Lean & IE projects leading or supporting.
Lean activities annually (annual audit / standard work / training / waste reduction etc.).
3–5 years related experience with bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
Good at line capacity management, standard work and continuous improvement, layout drawing.
Project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands‑on experience in problem solving and analytical ability.
Able to work independently.
Have knowledge in Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing methodology, TPM, FMEA, etc.
Teamwork, self‑motivated and willing to work under pressure.
Understanding of equipment & facility safety, and 6S.
Good at computer & network knowledge, office software, written & oral English; Auto CAD is a must.
