Responsibilities:-
Workday Data Administration & System Support
Maintain and update Workday data.
Support system testing (e.g. new features, enhancements, releases).
Support data cleaning activities in Workday to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to retention requirements.
Payroll Data Preparation & HR Operations Support
Prepare and validate payroll related data for submission to Payroll System (i.e. ADP).
Provide Workday checking for new joiners and relevant employee changes, ensuring correctness and timely processing.
Administer rental reimbursement processes (where applicable).
Support personal file management and data retention activities in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Government / Institutional Reporting & Vendor Support
Prepare and coordinate government and institutional reports and surveys (e.g. HR‑related submissions to regulators, government agencies, or industry bodies), ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data; and proper documentation and filing
Support vendor assessment / third‑party assessment processes
Employee Lifecycle & Wellness Support
Support new joiner processes.
Manage the process for issuing reference letters requested by employee.
Support the wellness program including coordination of wellness‑related activities and communications; and liaising with internal and external partners as appropriate
Others
Act as backup for Background Checks (including coordination with relevant vendors) and visa follow‑up, ensuring continuity of service when primary owner is absent.
Provide additional support to broader HR Service Delivery activities as required, particularly during peak periods (e.g. year‑end, audits, projects).
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations / HR service delivery / HR shared services, preferably in the financial services sector or a multinational environment.
Hands‑on experience with at least one HRIS (Workday experience is a strong advantage).
Experience with data processing, reporting, or payroll support is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when working with data and documentation.
Analytical and system‑savvy, comfortable working with HR systems, Excel, and standardized templates.
Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
Discreet and professional, with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity when handling employee data.
Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues across HR, Finance, and other functions.
Clear, professional communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin an advantage.
