About the Role
Service Operation and Tech support in Sound United China Customer Service organization
What You Will Do
Technical Support for CN distributors/ customers/service center
Monitor 400 hotline service quality
Service parts operation and inventory plan
Feedback technical and quality issue to QA and got solution
KA support to help them reduce the return rate
Repair report making
Other service PJ or new tasks from line manager
What You Need to Be Successful
Associate degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
Technical skills and knowledge of electronics/audio
Good knowledge of Bluetooth and network connection
Good communication and interpersonal skills , English speaking and writing is requested
Knowledge of after-service
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with basic data consolidation and analysis skills;
Strong logic sense
Bonus Points if You Have
Hands-on experience in managing outsourced 400 hotline service centers or authorized repair/service partners.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems.

Willingness to travel up to 10%.
