Job Description
New product phase in
- New product/project introduction timely
- Customer concept (Delivery term, 3PL, Packaging, etc.)
Customer order/demand management
- Regularly getting customer order (short-term and long-term)
- Communicate with customer/BU sales/CDP planner about volume accuracy and update
- Deliver 2+2 weekly demand and monthly forecast to interface partners
- Weekly update in SAP R/3 system scheduling agreement
- Monitor customer demand fluctuation
Customer satisfaction
- Delivery performance and reliability
- Timely respond to customer investigation and specific logistics requirements
- Reliability and competence of contact person in plant-to-plant communication
- Intervention in crisis situation
- Regularly monitor logistics KPI result from customer
Inventory management
- Regularly monitor FG inventory and take actions towards abnormal inventories
- Closely track in ECN and EOP process, to avoid slow moving and obsolete stocks.
- Continuously optimize the inventory structure
Customer delivery
- Create appropriate dispatch plan
- Take effective measures to minimum premium freight cost under complex market situation
- Closely monitor delivery status to ensure fulfilling customer order
- Avoid premium freight
Reconciliation
- Timely reconciliation with customer and Controlling
- Abnormal settlement management to avoid gap between delivery and invoice
Problem solving
- Deal with transport damage, returns and replacement
Others
- Work on project phase in and phase out
- Team work and information transparency to create an agile and optimum supply chain
Qualifications
Education / Certification
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Logistics or equivalent
Professional Experience
1-3 years of working experiences in supply chain, especially in manufacture industry
Project and/or Process Experience
project management experience
