BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries
Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer visits
Follow up with service prospects to maintain engagement
Accurately log all customer interactions in CRM systems
Set and confirm appointments for service departments
Provide clear, professional communication to customers at all times
Support dealership goals by helping drive customer traffic

BDC Representative Compensation and Benefits
The BDC – Service position is paid on a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges:
Base Hourly Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance
Bonus compensation may be $0.00 if baseline benchmarks are not met, with no fixed upper limit
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, performance, hours worked, and business needs. Bonus compensation is not guaranteed.

Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
