Summary
We are embarking on an exciting journey to bring value to Canadians across our enterprise. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Management / Project Management whiz, to focus on leading special projects. This person will be the day-to-day lead in implementing high profile enterprise campaigns and projects, mainly through our in-store and owned channels, from conception to delivery. The chosen candidate will integrate internal and external partners and manage the critical path of these initiatives. This role will help organize the project through dependencies, major achievements and stakeholder check-ins.

Responsibilities
Be the lead on a cross-functional core team to assess project requirements, including key dates/achievements, tasks and resources
Work closely and build relationships with Brand Partner leads, internal team leads and external agencies
Review creative work against briefs, feedback and work order lists, to validate it meets requirements
Lead weekly and daily status meetings and stand-ups, as the owner of LA details, and manage brand team deliverables against schedule
Ensure meetings are outcome-driven, with clear decisions and documented next steps
Actively manage the day-to-day project progress, and communicate team updates as necessary to ensure the holistic knowledge of project status
Schedule project development tasks and updates; anticipate changes and pivot plan accordingly to propel project forward
Manage risk, proactively flagging risks or issues to scope, budget, timing or resourcing to key players and finding solutions to bring project back on track
Develop key communication, and coordinate the distribution and central organization of key files
Handle assets and versions control
Oversee Production; collaborating with creative leads and producers, internal and external throughout all stages, communicating deliverables
Take the lead on collaborating with stakeholders on post-program learnings and recommendations
Develop post-presentation/meeting contact reports
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in an Agency environment with Client Management and Project Management experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Strong relationship-building skills
Proficient with Project Management tools and methodologies
Solid understanding of best practices, agency processes and campaign workflow
Proven experience in handling cross-functional teams effectively
Ability to remain focused, calm and efficient under pressure
Highly organized, with strong understanding of the creative process of multi-channel production from concept to execution
Strong problem-solving skills; able to address issues with immediate and creative solutions while keeping the big picture intact
Knowledge and curiosity of the growing technology landscape
Effective multi-tasker with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Experience with in-store marketing and working on programs across enterprise an asset
We love to be upfront about our pay rates and as we pay our contractors an hourly rate, please note that the hourly rate for this position is $52 per hour. Candidates are welcome to ask compensation-related questions during their screening interview.
