In this role, you will provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist, supporting clients as they navigate mental health challenges and work toward improved well-being. You will deliver a range of services including individual, family, and group counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification using evidence-based practices to promote recovery and long-term stability.
This position is highly client-facing and may involve providing services both onsite and within the community, including homes, schools, or other community-based settings depending on program needs. Responsibilities may require regular travel within the community to meet with clients, collaborate with community partners, and support care coordination efforts. The use of a personal vehicle may be required, and candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance in accordance with organizational policies.

Mileage Reimbursement
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist.
Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including intake, screening, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans that address client goals and meet state, accreditation, and agency standards.
Deliver counseling and evidence-based interventions to support behavioral change and emotional well-being.
Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated client care.
Document all client interactions, services, and progress notes accurately and timely in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
Handle crisis situations, providing immediate support and coordination of emergency services.
Support clients through the transition and discharge process, ensuring continuity of care.
Represent the organization professionally within the community, maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
Complete required training and continuing education to maintain compliance and professional growth.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marital/Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
Experience providing therapeutic or counseling services preferred.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Driver License and Car insurance Required
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Or eligibility for licensure under applicable state board
Knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities, diagnostic criteria, and evidence-based interventions.
Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document accurately and concisely.
Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to ethical, trauma-informed care.
Proficiency in managing caseloads, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to agency and state standards.
Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided).
Ability to follow direction, accept supervision, and work both independently and collaboratively.
