As a School Based Support Specialist, you will provide intensive outpatient case management and behavioral health support to youth in a school setting. This role focuses on delivering individualized, person-centered interventions aligned with treatment plans while supporting students across school, home, and community environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, schools, families, and external providers to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes. ADA Consideration – Sedentary Work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and documentation tasks.
Sedentary work primarily involves sitting but may include occasional walking or standing for brief periods throughout the workday.
