Reporting directly to Country Head, as a District manager you will be responsible for recruitment, training, mentoring, evaluating, motivating, supervising and organizing the activity of the Sales/Medical Representative team. You will manage sales efforts within the assigned territory by implementing the work procedures and methods and the Territorial Management best practices so as to achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the assigned area.
Analyze sales, calculates and monitors business expenses and costs in the assigned area, plans and consults sales support activities in the area, allocates the sales plan according to relevant criteria so as to increase turnover and optimize costs
Participate in developing and implementing business campaigns, prepares and conducts presentations and events for pharmacists and physicians, distribution companies and Sales/Medical Representatives
Ensure cooperation within the team for organizing various business events in order to increase product visibility, market share and sales
Create, develop and maintain relationships with people in decision-making positions and work partners (opinion leaders, pharmacists, distributors, etc.), who promote the company's products and permanently exchanges information with them in order to increase awareness of the products and the sales volume
Professional experience in pharma sales or FMCG business as Area Sales Manager / District Manager
Strong skills in : strategic thinking, results orientation, people leadership, relationship and influence
Excellent commercial abilities, sales performance, marketing and merchandising knowledge
Strong change management abilities
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Advanced English skills and fluency in Romanian
Driving license cat. B
