We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our Cleveland Truck Manufacturing Plant. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance work teams in the quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals of the organization.

What You Drive at DTNA:
- Provide area management with strategies related to improving quality.
- Monitor ISO compliance in the work teams.
- Oversee maintenance of productivity standards within all the work teams
- Review data pertaining to productivity standards for work teams.
- Identify maintenance issues related to productivity and work with applicable work team to correct core issue.
- Provide senior management with strategies related to improving productivity and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in monthly SQDCM performance review meeting with area manager.
- Improve cost performance.
- Meet SQDCM targets quarterly/annually
- Ensure that materials are efficiently utilized in work teams.
- Manage teams regarding personnel issues: job scope, discipline, reviews, hiring, etc.
- Define qualification of employees vs. requirements of manufacturing system
- Maintain open communication with all team members.
- Conduct meetings with team based on goal setting and goal achievement at least on a quarterly basis.
- Foster an environment that provides open communication and creative problem solving.
- Manage teams regarding personnel issues: job scope, discipline, reviews, hiring, etc.
- Define qualification of employees vs. requirements of manufacturing system
- Maintain open communication with all team members.
- Conduct meetings with team based on goal setting and goal achievement at least on a quarterly basis.

Knowledge You Should Bring:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a technical field Supervisor or Team leader
- 5 years of Facilities/Maintenance experience required
Technical Skills:
- Decision maker for daily activities that are guided by policy, procedures, and business plans with oversight from manager.
- Demonstrates understanding and application of procedures and concepts related to job field as well as basic knowledge of other related work areas.
- Coordinates the resources of team and set daily priorities to meet operational objectives.
- Primarily supervises the work of entry and intermediate level professional individual contributors or large numbers of shop floor employees in operations, manufacturing, and/or logistics.
- Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to use tact and diplomacy to exchange information, handle sensitive issues, and translate, simplify, and clarify information for employees.
- Responsible for staffing decisions such as hiring, firing, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
