OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Cash Management Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist with a strong background in Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, or Payments Operations to support reporting, analytics, and data visualization initiatives within a high-performing banking environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and analytics partners to develop scalable reporting solutions, optimize data processes, and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analytics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong expertise in SQL, Power Query, and dashboard/reporting development. The position offers exposure to high-visibility initiatives, automation efforts, and modern reporting practices within the financial services industry.

Pay: T4: $35.5 / IC: $41
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards and analytics solutions to support Treasury, Payments, and Commercial Banking operations.
- Design data visualizations and reporting frameworks that enable intuitive interpretation of large datasets by business stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical reporting and analytics solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation using SQL, Power Query, and related reporting tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and operational insights through data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine, automate, and scale repeatable analytics and reporting processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing data visualization standards, reporting usability, and automation capabilities.
- Document reporting logic, data flows, system dependencies, and analytics processes to support operational efficiency and governance.
- Develop reporting tools and provide guidance or training to business users utilizing self-service analytics solutions.
- Work independently on complex reporting and analytics tasks while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Apply sound risk management practices and ensure adherence to enterprise policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear and concise reporting outputs, presentations, and analytical summaries for stakeholders and leadership teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or technical reporting optimization roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Query and M Script development.
- Experience designing and developing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Experience transforming raw data into actionable business insights through reporting and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting reporting logic, workflows, and analytics processes.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills working across business and technical teams.
Preferred
- Experience within banking, treasury services, payments, or financial services environments.
- Knowledge of VBA scripting and automation techniques.
- Experience supporting reporting modernization or automation initiatives.
- Exposure to self-service analytics tools and end-user reporting enablement.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management and governance practices within financial institutions.
Education

- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related discipline preferred.
