You’ll work closely with operational teams and partners to keep everything running smoothly—supporting recruitment, staffing, and payroll to ensure every event is set up for success. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7, including flexibility in line with event requirements Job ID: 6446 What you’ll be doing… Staffing & Operational Support • Coordinating staffing plans: Ensuring all events are fully and appropriately resourced • Working with key teams: Liaising with food teams and agencies to meet staffing needs • Supporting event delivery: Managing staff check-in and check-out on event days • Allocating teams effectively: Placing staff in the right roles and areas • Maintaining standards: Ensuring uniform compliance across all teams Payroll & Administration • Managing payroll processes: Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and deadlines are met • Resolving queries: Working closely with payroll teams to address issues quickly • Handling accreditation: Managing access and maintaining accurate records • Keeping records up to date: Maintaining confidential personnel documentation Recruitment, Onboarding & People Support • Supporting recruitment activity: Assisting with interviews and hiring events • Delivering onboarding: Helping create a smooth and positive start for new team members • Providing people support: Assisting with day-to-day employee matters • Supporting ER processes: Contributing to investigations or disciplinary procedures where needed • Managing uniform orders: Ensuring new starters are set up correctly What you can bring… • Experience in a fast-paced environment: Ideally hospitality, catering, or events • Strong organisational skills: Able to manage multiple priorities with confidence • Clear communication style: Builds strong working relationships across teams • Staffing or recruitment experience: With workforce coordination or planning exposure • Understanding of ER practices: Able to apply policies fairly and consistently • High attention to detail: Especially when handling sensitive information • Proactive mindset: Able to stay calm, resilient, and solutions-focused Desirable: • Experience in staffing, workforce administration, or HR • Exposure to onboarding or training processes • Interest in hospitality, catering, or events environments
