Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMA team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• Act as the first point of contact for daily communications with designated low-risk accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on correspondences and fostering strong client relationships.

• Conduct thorough research on client businesses and industry trends to develop a deep understanding of client needs and prepare benchmarking studies for personal and team use.

• Support colleagues by managing day-to-day operations for small accounts, including processing billing requests, gathering information for quotes, generating project calendars, and organizing meeting logistics.

• Serve as a liaison between internal senior professionals and client accounts to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.

• Identify and mitigate account concerns or issues promptly, exercising sound judgment to escalate matters to senior colleagues when necessary.

• Provide regular reports to senior colleagues on client relationship satisfaction to ensure alignment and mutual understanding internally and externally.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s service offerings to enhance work quality and support sales initiatives.

What you need to have: 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgment in managing client issues.

• Ability to conduct research and analyze industry and client-specific information.

• Experience in account management or client service roles preferred.

• Familiarity with billing processes, project coordination, and internal liaison functions.

• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of company services and sales capabilities.
