In this role, you will support the Outsourcing & Operational Resilience Oversight Manager (OORO Manager) in ensuring that the Outsourcing and Operational Resilience Programs for our two Dublin operating entities remain up to date and are reflected in relevant line of business processes. You will assist in ensuring a culture of compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland’s expectations under the Outsourcing & Operational Resilience guidelines.
Key Objectives:
Support the Outsourcing & Operational Resilience Oversight Manager (OORO Manager) in ensuring that the Outsourcing and Operational Resilience Programs for our two Dublin operating entities remain up to date and are reflected in relevant line of business processes.
Assist in ensuring a culture of compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland’s expectations under the Outsourcing & Operational Resilience guidelines
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Programs across the 2 Dublin entities.
Perform the annual review of the Programs
Assist the OORO Manager in the performance of the annual risk assessment of each outsourced business activity.
Assist the OORO Manager in the completion of the annual review of all critical or important business services from an operational resilience perspective
Prepare monthly management and quarterly board reports for the OORO Manager
Assist in the execution of scenario tests across the critical or important business services
Assist in the preparation for due diligence visits to outsource service providers. Attend these meetings when required
Ensure the execution of an annual programme for the on-going monitoring and oversight of delegates, including on-site/due diligence visits
Monitor operational resilience events and assist in the completion of “lessons learned” reports after such events
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Business / Finance / Law Degree and / or equivalent work experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven technical knowledge in respect of relevant Irish regulatory requirements
Capable of executing a range of complex tasks and analyses
