This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients. In this role, you will be joining Kardium’s Product Management team. As a Senior Product Manager – Customer Success, you'll report to the Senior Director of Product Management and help drive our HD mapping and ablation system adoption by identifying opportunities to increase customer utilization of the Globe System and developing, prioritizing, and driving initiatives to increase product utilization and customer engagement. This includes working with leadership on the product vision and roadmap development, ownership over translating aspects of the product roadmap strategy into actionable tasks and working with cross-functional teams to execute those projects. We will consider candidates for remote work located in the USA. Meaningful work you will be a part of Your responsibilities will include: • Identify opportunities to increase customer utilization of the Globe PF System. • Develop, prioritize and drive initiatives to increase customer engagement and utilization of the Globe PF System. • Transform the high-level vision of the product roadmap into prioritized, detailed User Needs and Business Needs in collaboration with our other product managers. • Understand and provide technical guidance on customer expectations relating to clinical electroanatomic mapping and advanced therapy workflows and interactions. • Define User Needs, Business Needs and Requirements for mapping and therapy workflows and best practices. • Define User Needs, Business Needs and Requirements for Clinical Specialist troubleshooting workflows using an AI-first approach and a human for the really tough cases. • Work closely with R&D teams to ensure they develop the optimal hardware, software, workflows and functionality. • Use data to inform product decisions and maximize value for customers. • Anticipate and mitigate technical risks. Suggest, support, and negotiate tradeoffs between scope, budget, and schedule. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, User Experience (UX), Training, Mapping Algorithms, Electronics Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Research, Software Development, and Sales, to bring new mapping workflows and features to market. • Communicate product strategy and progress to internal stakeholders, including management and designers • Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to the product team • Availability to regularly travel to meet with clients and stakeholders and attend trade shows and clinical/pre-clinical procedures, sometimes internationally What you bring to the team Our Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about creating cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives. You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes: • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent • 7+ years of electrophysiology experience, including mapping • 5+ years of EP lab experience with deep knowledge of industry products and advanced therapeutic strategies • Experience translating product vision to requirements and supporting feature development • Experience training or mentoring clinical field teams • Experience leading development teams and mentoring designers is preferred • Experience with Product Management or development is preferred • Human Factors or UX experience is preferred • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and processes • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts, facilitating stakeholder buy-in Compensation Kardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives). Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. • As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
