

As a Bilingual Commercial Field Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial business across a defined territory including Northern New Brunswick, Miramichi, Moncton, Shediac, and Sackville. Your goal will be to proactively prospect, develop, and close new customer opportunities while driving profitable product sales within your territory. Your success will be driven by disciplined prospecting, effective use of Salesforce to manage your pipeline, strong collaboration with internal partners, and a tenacious approach to sourcing and converting opportunities.
Kindly note that travel is a requirement of the role therefore a valid driver’s license is required. Periodic travel to our office in Saint John, NB will also be required.

Your Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new commercial customers within the assigned territory
Sell complex offerings or bundled solutions to create profitable, win‑win customer outcomes
Create, track, and manage sales leads and opportunities to achieve acquisition targets
Identify and respond to cross‑business leads within 24 hours, collaborating with account managers to transition new customers
Maintain an accurate and current sales pipeline in Salesforce, focused on opportunities progressing toward commitment
Apply credit‑granting requirements and submit complex opportunities for approval as required
Act as the first point of contact for new customers following activation or first order to ensure a positive customer experience
Your Skills:
Proven ability to prospect and acquire new accounts within a defined territory
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency with sales tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present winning solutions
Your Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, including experience using Salesforce
Bilingual (English and French)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
