In the HR department, we are responsible to focus on sustainable growth in people centric services and partnerships to our Michelin Korea business. Fostering continuous improvement and collaboration
In this role, he/she/they will
1. Lead the people development within Michelin Korea through
- HR business partnering: coordinating, facilitating and supporting managers and employees on driving talent management, people and workforce strategy, employee engagement, employee relations.
- Leadership Development: guarantee management quality through best practices, coaching and facilitation or others as needed for managers and Michelin Korea Leadership
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Strategy: lead end to end talent acquisition and employer brand strategy (including operations) for Michelin KOrea.
2. Manage on a daily basis any HR operations as requested in the People domain.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams in the Michelin Korea business (managers & employees), regional HR teams and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBPs)
Required:
• Obtained a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Business Proficiency in English and Korean
• Strong skills in people domain ; workforce strategy, engagement, talent management, self awareness, creating trust, business partnering
