ASO Expert
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused ASO Expert to lead our app discovery and organic acquisition strategy. This role will primarily focus on App Store Optimization (ASO) to drive installs, improve conversion rates, and scale app visibility across platforms.
You will play a critical role in growing our mobile app user base by optimizing store presence, running experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to unlock sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the App Store Optimization (ASO) charter across Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Define and execute strategies to improve app rankings, keyword visibility, and install conversion rates
Conduct deep keyword research and metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, creatives)
Lead A/B testing of app creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) to maximize conversion rates
Analyze store performance metrics (impressions, CVR, installs, retention signals) and derive actionable insights
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to align store messaging with product value propositions
Monitor and respond to ratings & reviews, and work with Product teams to improve app sentiment and ratings
Track competitor strategies, category trends, and algorithm updates across app stores
Build and scale experimentation frameworks to continuously improve ASO performance
Support broader organic growth initiatives (SEO, content, lifecycle) where needed
What We’re Looking For
6–10 years of experience in organic growth, with strong hands-on ASO experience
Proven track record of scaling app installs and improving app store conversion metrics
Deep understanding of App Store / Play Store algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
Experience with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, StoreMaven, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven experimentation and A/B testing
Ability to translate data into clear growth strategies and execution plans
Experience working in consumer apps, gaming, or high-scale mobile-first companies
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Exposure to global app markets and multi-language ASO strategies
Working knowledge of SEO and content-led organic growth
Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for mobile funnels
