Global Services Finance EMEA is the Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance Center, delivering compliant financial services to cross sector J&J affiliates across the EMEA region, with a Hub in Prague, Czech Republic.
As Invoice to Cash (I2C) EMEA Center Lead YOU will be responsible for strategy, direction and functional management of team of ~140 finance associates within Regional and Local Invoice To Cash teams and overall delivery of I2C services in EMEA.
The EMEA Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) Lead will be responsible to:
Lead the End-to-End I2C process, strategy and teams in the EMEA Region, across Local and Regional GS
Deliver operational results / KPIs as per targets (DSO; AR Aging/Exposure; Past Dues, Reserves for Bad Debts and Write Offs and AR forecast accuracy among others)
Drive cash flow targets for the region in Sales to cash efficiency and partnering with the business leaders on commercial terms optimization
Provide strategic leadership to local and regional I2C teams supporting 60+ JNJ affiliates in EMEA
Be a Change Agent and support flawless execution of strategic priorities. Lead the ongoing transformation journey. Ensure planning and deployment execution of GS Finance roadmap, while working closely with Global and Regional transformation teams
Structure the Local and Regional GS I2C in the most efficient way in order to deliver best support to the business, achieve cash flow targets for assigned sectors, and maximize the GS location strategy where sensible.
Maintain high connectivity with various key business partners: BUF – Finance Directors/Leads, Regional Finance Directors, CFOs; Commercial Teams; Customer Service and Supply Chain, Treasury; GPOs; FP&A, CTCs, GS functions (e.g. Procurement, x-region I2C, A2R)
Take active part in sector dedicated BU/BUF leadership team meetings and reviews
Benchmark externally and internally cross sector/franchises and look for best practices in the area of Cash Collections, customer Disputes, Credit & Risk Management
Drive continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness & pursuit of service excellence
Be an active member in the Global and Cross Regional I2C Governance led by the GPO
Drive process standardization and integrate new businesses as per GS Finance roadmap
Be accountable for budget (Act vs Plan), including headcount targets
Ensure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve strong internal and external audit outcomes.
Accurate and timely financial reporting; meet all corporate and regional deadlines.

Experience working with integrated multi-faceted and matrixed organization
Experience in service performance management, continuous improvement
Knowledge in use of data analytics tools and visualizations
Advance proficiency in Microsoft office platforms and integrated tools
Familiarity in controls, compliance and audit frameworks and processes
Familiarity in project/portfolio management concepts
Strong communication skills, critical and strategic thinking, problem solving skills will be key to succeed in the role

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
Kč2,286,000.00 - Kč3,944,500.00
