We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join our growing ESG team based in Madrid. This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the company’s ESG agenda, with a strong focus on data management, analysis and insight generation, while supporting key global initiatives across the organization.
The Sustainability Analyst will work closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) team and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries. The role will combine analytical procedures, ESG data processes and project support, project management, contributing to the evolution and execution of Verisure’s sustainability strategy.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to the collection, validation, consolidation and analysis of ESG, CSR & DEIB data across geographies
Develop insights, dashboards and reporting materials to support decision-making and monitor CSR & DEIB KPIs
Help design and improve DEIB & CSR data management processes, reporting frameworks and governance practices
Contribute to the development and implementation of ESG, CSR & DEIB initiatives aligned with company priorities and strategic objectives
Support cross-functional ESG, CSR & DEIB projects by coordinating information, monitoring deliverables and facilitating stakeholder alignment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support effective data flows, reporting consistency and alignment on ESG, CSR & DEIB requirements
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and process automation
Support day-to-day CSR & DEIB activities, including ESG regulatory reporting, KPI monitoring, DEIB strategic initiatives and the Corporate Volunteering Programme
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Sustainability, Data Analytics or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (data analytics, ESG, consulting, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with ability to structure problems and derive insights
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of data or visualization tools is a must
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
International or cross-functional experience is valued
