- Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improved customer or business outcomes
- Evaluate solution options and recommend fit-for-purpose, scalable, and value-driven approaches
- Partner with Project Managers and delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure ongoing alignment
- Support Agile and project delivery by contributing to planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changing priorities
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements across the delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate and support testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet agreed business outcomes
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (e.g., user stories, process maps, decision logs) that is clear, concise, and usable
- Develop reports, insights, and dashboards to support stakeholder decision-making
- Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution
- Support change initiatives through impact assessment, communication, training, and user adoption activities
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and organisational standards
Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home/office and 9-day fortnight will be considered for this role after the discussion with manager.
