Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform a variety of tasks to help maintain accurate inventory levels for materials, tooling, and supplies, under close supervision.
Handle and manage stock, including chemical storage, using established procedures.
Prepare outbound shipments and complete documentation accurately.
Route incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy.
Maintain computerized inventory records and assist with audits and cycle counts.
Support operations planning by tracking inventory and material identifiers.
Package finished goods and assemblies for shipment.
Coordinate preparation of components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
Ensure prompt return of excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory.
Perform minor assembly tasks, machine setups, and inspections as needed.
Solve routine problems using established procedures and escalate when needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Demonstrate accountability for individual contributions and support team goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred.
Forklift experience (desirable).
Warehouse experience (desirable).
Knowledge & Skills:
Special Skills:
Basic computer skills.
Specialized Knowledge:
Understanding of manufacturing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Understanding of inventory practices preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license (if required to drive a company vehicle)
Forklift certification required (if required to operate a forklift)
Depending on site/country regulations, additional certifications may be required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Must be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud.
