What you'll do:
As an Associate Fund Finance based in London, you will be entrusted with the day-to-day stewardship of a diverse array of subscription facilities and capital call transactions. Your remit will encompass detailed oversight of post-transaction processes—ranging from compliance checks to breach escalation—while preparing essential reporting packs that underpin regulatory observance. You will work closely with deal leads and various stakeholders to address transaction-related queries expeditiously whilst maintaining meticulous records through diligent dashboard management. Your analytical acumen will be called upon during annual reviews of credit facilities and FX lines to ensure robust risk assessment. * Supervise and administer the Subscription Facility and Capital Call transaction portfolio following transaction closure, ensuring all activities are executed with precision, timeliness, and strict adherence to established policies and procedures.
* Monitor borrowing bases and collateral by conducting regular reviews of limited partners (LPs) to guarantee current information and full compliance.
* Undertake covenant testing, monitor breaches, oversee compliance processes, and escalate any issues or LP defaults as appropriate.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive reporting packs—including compliance reports, financial statements, borrowing bases, and review certificates—to identify potential risks or breaches.
* Assist deal leads by liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding ongoing transaction queries, ensuring clear communication throughout each process.
* Maintain internal dashboards, reports, and trackers on a regular basis to ensure accurate records of transaction activity across the fund finance portfolio.
* Oversee FX ISDA/CSA agreements and associated limits, escalating any breaches or concerns promptly to relevant parties.
