Provides operational support to Marketing, Corporate, and Internal Communications functions by supporting the execution and monitoring of communication activities and campaigns. Assists in analyzing operational data, preparing reports, supporting cross‑functional workflows, and contributing to the development and improvement of communication processes, standards, and governance practices.
- Coordinate work intake and triage activities to support resource prioritization across communications queues.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and governance practices for trafficking, publishing, measurement, and records retention.
- Coordinate complex review and approval processes with legal/compliance, risk, brand, and business stakeholders.
- Support complex content operations (e.g., campaign launches, site sections, executive communications) to ensure readiness and quality.
- Prepare and deliver operational and analytics reports to inform workflow and process improvements.
- Provide functional guidance and quality support to less experienced team members.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for incident or crisis communications logistics.
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, tools, templates, and automation to increase efficiency.
- May perform other duties as assigned
- 6+ years of experience in communications support, coordination, or specialist‑level support roles.
- Working knowledge of written and verbal communication principles used to support internal, marketing, and corporate communications.
- Attention to detail when proofreading, formatting, and reviewing content for accuracy and consistency with established guidelines.
- Working understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging standards and the ability to apply them to assigned communications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines for routine communications activities.
- Proficiency with common workplace and communications tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet platforms, basic content or media databases).
- Basic experience supporting digital communication channels such as intranet, email, social media, or web platforms.
- Ability to follow established processes and use judgment within defined guidelines to complete work.
- Openness to feedback and demonstrated ability to apply guidance to improve work quality.
High School Diploma.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience supporting communications operations in regulated or financial‑services environments.
- Platforms of importance - Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Creative Cloud), and Staffbase
- Experience with Executive messaging, and Internal Employee communications
