Lead and manage DMC-related projects, in planning and executing the project to meet contractual quality, timeline, and budget/scope expectations.
Ensure all relevant project documentation is initiated, up to date and follows SOP and other relevant regulations, to support the project oversight, execution and delivery of services.
Lead internal and client facing cross-functional project team meetings; establishing key agenda topics; tracking and reporting action items, risks/mitigations and decisions made.
Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers/portfolios.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Science related field.
4-6 years relevant work experience and exposure to a variety of project types, preferably in clinical trials and with DMCs. Experience in CRO environment preferred.
Sound financial management skills and Project Management Principals and Methods
Proficiency in English, orally and written. Good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Good computer application skills (MS Office Suite, project management tools).
Ability to multi-task effectively on several projects and maintain appropriate attention to detail.
Ability to work in a program of studies, and successfully deliver on their assigned studies.
